Refund policy

realprompts sells digital downloads. Once a file has been delivered to your account, the sale is final. All sales are final and non-refundable.

Delivery issues

If a download link is broken or the archive is unreadable, write to realprompts.dev@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your order receipt. We will provide a working replacement file. Replacement of the file is the sole remedy for delivery issues.

What does not qualify

The following are not delivery issues and are not eligible for replacement or refund:

• The product matches its description but is no longer wanted.
• The buyer expected functionality that was not listed on the product page.
• The buyer found a similar product elsewhere or changed their mind.
• The buyer cannot use the product due to their own setup, environment, or skill level.

Each product page lists its scope and what is included. Read it carefully before purchase.

Bundles

Bundles are sold as a single transaction. Partial replacements within a bundle are not supported.

Chargebacks

Chargebacks initiated without first contacting realprompts.dev@gmail.com will be contested with download logs and this policy. Contact first. It is faster and cheaper for both sides.
